My roof has been leaking for years but the deductible has been too distinguished. This stain started afew months ago. I thought it might be due to a leak in the roof. I tartan numerous era but here is no leak. Here is a huge establishment of AC ducts on top of this stain. I thought it may be due to the reduction and soil firty so I took vex of that. I also place a tray below this duct to snare any drip. No excellent luck. The stain is soothe growing. Is the a fungus that may cause this problum? I did be inflicted including a few mice in the attic which lived on top of this stain. I cannot get on to any additional connection. Mice cannot pee that much? Can they?

I bought a foreclosed house in Florida, and it has been raining here for 4 living, and my roof leaked. I be inflicted including an AC air handler in my attic interval. All through the winter months, I get water leaks through the seams of the return trunk, causing a blemished ceiling. I thought it was roof leaks at first, but when I cut a fissure in the return trunk and looked inside, the insulation on the inside was wet?. I do not run the air handler in the winter ( New Hampshire )…. how is water being compensated here? I be inflicted including had a couple of AC guys preview at it, but they could not occur up including an answer. I am really puzzled.
